Out of bed :o)

Bah! I’ve spent the last three days dashing between the bed and the bathroom with a very nasty gastric bug…most unpleasant!

I was hoping to finish this rather lovely King Charles this week but now I think it will be next week as I feel the need to take things slowly for a few days. Normally, a couple of days of doing nothing would be lovely as I would read non-stop but it’s just not the same when it’s enforced.

Due to my confinement, my husband had to collect the large gorilla drawing (alas, he did not sell) from its exhibition and was told it came second in the Visitors’ Vote. Bearing in mind the number of exhibits, I was very pleased.

So, today is catching up on bits and bobs and a long, long shower!
